In this era , It has been seen easily that youths are unable to get job having had  higher degree like Graduation , Post-graduation( P.G.) , Diploma , Degree etc. when I went in depth to know  reason behind and found unskilled in spoken English and communication skill . I am requesting to youths that do upgrade your spoken English & Communication skill .if you do so then you will have better opportunities in your career & life as well.

I have shared my views above not on the basis of Information, Gut- feeling and copying someone but on the basis of 7-10 years of experience in different companies as employee and now as employer.
